Rocket Software: Your Launchpad into High-Tech

Since 2024, Rocket Software has begun cultivating tech talent through its internal "NextGen Academy" program. This program is designed for talented, curious, and motivated specialists who are just starting their careers. It is a paid, 6-month training program during which participants learn from experienced lecturers and engineers, work on real projects, and—upon successful completion—are invited to continue their careers in one of the Rocket Software teams.

This program did not appear by accident: "As the market focuses more and more on artificial intelligence and high-level languages, that which is the basis of it all—the so-called low-level programming—is undeservedly forgotten, without which the largest technology companies would not exist. Having a wide and diverse circle of clients, we feel a constant need to expand the circle of specialists possessing these skills," says Elinga Kavaliauskienė, Director of Rocket Software Lithuania.

Participants here learn programming, testing, and system operation principles, get involved in team projects, and receive constant support from mentors. Graduates emphasize the strong community and the fact that from the very first days, you are a part of the team, rather than an "intern who is given small tasks."

The Vilnius branch focuses on the development and maintenance of monitoring, data analysis, and performance optimization products for business computer systems (Enterprise Computing). Upon joining Rocket Software, various career directions open up—from software engineering or testing to product support and other technical roles.
