We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work in the Vilnius office who will support frontline relationships managers and customers. Customer Support Specialist must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, as the role involves the accurate preparation and review of legal documentation related to daily banking, loan and leasing activities, possess strong financial analytical skills, confidently work with numerical data, and be capable of analyzing companies’ financial reports, calculating and evaluating key financial ratios.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting relationship managers in lending processes for corporate customers.

  • Help manage customer information, track their commitments, and register data in our systems.

  • Performing “Know Your Customer” tasks during onboarding and regular reviews and client onboarding workflows.

  • Performing administration of borrowers monitoring various contractual obligations.

  • Monitoring sales pipeline metrics and preparing insightful reports for management.

  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.

  • Ensure compliance with risk management and relevant banking procedures. Collaborating with credit, risk, and legal departments to keep processes flowing.

  • Assisting in compiling proposals for SME financing, leasing, and business banking products.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Legal studies or other relevant qualifications.

  • Minimum 1-year’ Experience in banking sector will be considered as advantage.

  • Be fluent in Lithuanian and English. Other languages will be considered an advantage.

  • Have sound credit, in-depth knowledge of loan, lending products.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks..

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.

  • Understanding of credit and daily banking products.

  • Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets.

We will ensure that the exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience, and requirements for the corresponding job function. Salary range: starts at minimum 2500 EUR gross/monthly.
