We invite students with a financial background to apply for a paid Accounts Payable Internship at our Shared Service Center in Vilnius.
Take your first steps in accountancy by handling invoice posting, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across teams.
This paid internship (minimum 6 months with the possibility to extend) offers flexible hours and professional growth.
Attention to detail, readiness to learn, and strong communication skills in English are essential.
Main functions
Process incoming invoices.
Work closely with other departments in terms of any issues with invoices and payments.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Handle requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Clear vendor line items.
Participate in safety conversations and other activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
Academic background in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. May be a final year student.
Attention to details and accuracy.
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Written and verbal fluency in English. Knowledge of other EU languages if required
Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel and Outlook.
Duration of assignment
(At least) 6 months. The exact start date and working schedule is open for discussion. Possibility to work part-time as well as prolong internship after 6 months.

Salary: full-time internship salary: up to 1200€/month gross; part-time salary adjusts accordingly.
