What you will be doing

Our Patient Services Operations help onboard patients to their treatments. With your work, you make a true difference in their lives and health.

Under general direction of the Operations Manager in the Quality Excellence (QE) and in collaboration with our Operations teams, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting quality initiatives across the organization.


Perform quality evaluations through the review of patient records, customer interactions, and case files/ documentation to assess adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Evaluate performance through the analysis of quality data and develop reports to communicate performance trends, improvement opportunities, risks Support in implementing strategies to improve quality performance and measuring the outcomes

Collaborate with team members to identify and streamline processes, implement process standards, and enhance service delivery and customer experience

Support quality improvement activities within the organization (e.g. quality training, feedback sessions, developing training material, etc.)

Hybrid work

Working hours: 9-18

What your background should look like

Requires broad training in areas such as business administration, healthcare, quality or similar fields generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or combination of experience and education.

Minimum of one year experience in areas such as customer service, healthcare, business process/quality improvement.

Understanding of reimbursement, patient assistance, and benefit verification preferred.

Gross Salary Range (Monthly)

€1,947.01 - €2,781.48
