What you will be doing
A finance role under the direction of the Global Accounting in conjunction with Global Accounting manager and Global Controller performs hyperion reporting and administration for Hyperion Financial Management and Smartview applications as well as working with SAP.
Performs month end Hyperion P&L and Balance sheet reporting to support the company’s Financial close and reporting
Maintain and update mapping of both Hyperion systems to the SAP ERP system
Updating entity, GL accounts in Hyperion
Tie out P&L and Balance sheet between ERP systems and Hyperion systems as part of month end close
Facilitate global user access to Hyperion systems and train global finance users
Set up and maintain appropriate data controls to ensure World Courier actuals are maintained with integrity and accuracy in hyperion
Work with FPA and Global accounting to update and or create Hierarchies on accounts, cost centres
Completes Fixed asset and capex reporting at month ends with appropriate review
Assists with Revenue flash completion at month end
Maintains Capex forecasts and cash flow estimate updates in hyperion
Assisting with some month end accounting tasks such as Bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks
What your background should look like
Education related to Accounting and Finance preferred
Experience with Hyperion Essbase Smartview
Experience of working with ERPs such as SAP
Experience in Financial reporting of Income statements and balance sheets
Fluent in English
Strong financial reporting skills
Strong knowledge of Excel
Demonstrates initiative and has a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Flexible work approach due to dealing with multiple time zones.
