Maxima LT is the largest Lithuanian capital–owned company and the largest job creator in the country. Currently, nearly 250 Maxima stores operate across Lithuania, employing more than 11,000 people and serving over 400,000 customers daily. Although retail is Maxima’s core activity, a wide range of departments operate behind the scenes to ensure its success.

Every year, around 770 employees advance their careers within Maxima LT. For example, many managers in retail, production, and logistics have reached their positions through internal career paths. We also have colleagues who started in the Finance department and later transitioned successfully into Supply Chain roles. Others have advanced from store floor positions to join the Process & Quality or Marketing teams. These are just a few success stories among many.
