Senior project managers for large business clients are strategic partners for clients and the main initiators and managers of the bank's largest financing transactions. In this role, you will work with the most significant real estate, energy, and infrastructure projects, where financing decisions have a real impact on business, the economy, and the sustainable growth of the country.
With us, you will have the opportunity to:
Proactively create and develop long-term, strategic relationships with existing and potential large business segment clients operating in capital-intensive segments such as real estate, energy, hotels, telecommunications, construction, transport, infrastructure, etc.
Structure complex financing transactions, balancing client needs and the bank's risk appetite, and actively sell other banking services (fund management, financial markets, trade finance, etc.) to existing and new clients.
Coordinate internal teams (analysis, legal, fund management, financial markets, etc.) to ensure the effective implementation of transactions.
Assess the credit and sustainability risk of clients' businesses, forecast the prospects for companies' activities, collect and analyze information about the activities and needs of business clients.
Train business client managers and specialists working together in a team.
We expect you to have:
University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business administration.
Minimum 3 years experience (for senior RM min 5 years) in large business financing, project financing, or corporate finance.
Be fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken). Other languages will be considered an advantage.
Practical experience in structuring complex financing transactions (at a bank, financial institution, or consulting firm).
Knowledge of lending, fund management, treasury, and other commercial banking products.
The ability to independently develop relationships with large business clients and top-level decision-makers.
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, analytical, and results-oriented skills.

Salary range: For RM; starts at minimum 3400 EUR gross/monthly.
Salary range: For Senior RM; starts at minimum 3900 EUR gross/monthly.
