In this role, you will be part of a highly structured and fast-paced Finance Operations environment, supporting key processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounting Operations, and Settlement/Payment Operations. You’ll gain real hands-on experience, participate in month-end close activities, support daily operational finance tasks, and collaborate with global teams and partners worldwide.


Role Responsibilities

  • Sort, verify, and match financial data such as bills, invoices, and bank statements.

  • Compile financial data for maintaining accounting records.

  • Assist in standard bookkeeping and payment operations processes.

  • Produce daily accurate payments and support settlement-related activities.

  • Perform reconciliations and reporting across different accounts.

  • Resolve exceptions, investigate discrepancies, and support process improvements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and global partners, responding to inquiries.


Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or similar field.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you will become an advanced user in the role).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured, deadline-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take ownership.

  • Experience in accounting, finance operations, or payment operations is an advantage (but not required).

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,170 – 2,245 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
